Athena 77.97 mm Piston Kit with Gaskets for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (P5F0780078002B)

The ATHENA P5F0780078002B piston kit is engineered for 4-stroke off-road motorcycles from GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM. Manufactured from high-performance aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, this piston is designed to provide OE-level reliability while improving resistance, durability, and overall engine performance. Its precision-engineered construction supports dependable operation under demanding riding conditions.
The piston features a smooth profile that promotes consistent gas flow and efficient flame propagation for responsive combustion. ATHENA produces its 4-stroke off-road pistons using reverse extrusion and CNC machining processes, helping deliver accurate dimensions, a uniform finish, and reliable fitment. The included gaskets support a convenient installation and help complete the piston replacement as part of a comprehensive service.
This kit includes wear-resistant piston rings made in Japan. The rings use PVD or chromium nitride coatings to reduce friction between the rings and cylinder, helping improve performance while supporting long-term retention and durability. Designed for riders, technicians, and performance-focused rebuilds, the ATHENA P5F0780078002B piston kit is a practical replacement solution for compatible GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM 4-stroke off-road applications.
