Athena Top End Gasket Kit for Yamaha (P400485600085)

The Athena P400485600085 Top End Gasket Kit is designed for professional, semi-professional, and amateur riders who want to refresh the engine before a race or during the riding season. Built for dependable top-end service, this kit includes a premium MLSS head gasket and multiple high-quality base gaskets in different thicknesses, giving you flexibility when setting up engine compression.
The selection of base gasket thicknesses allows riders to retain stock compression for use with standard pump gas or increase compression for applications using race fuel. This adjustability makes the Athena kit a practical choice for engine rebuilds, performance maintenance, and race preparation where precise compression tuning is important.
Athena is known for producing replacement engine components engineered for reliable fit and consistent performance. The P400485600085 kit is intended to simplify top-end gasket replacement while supporting the specific setup requirements of Yamaha engines. Always verify engine compatibility and follow the manufacturer’s installation procedures and torque specifications before assembly.
This kit does not include valve stem seals, rubber components, shims, or other fiber gaskets. These items must be purchased separately if required for the service. Use the correct gasket thickness for your intended fuel, compression, and engine configuration to help achieve a reliable installation.
