Cylinder Works Standard Bore Cylinder Kit for Yamaha, 77 mm (20002-K03)

Upgrade your Yamaha engine with the Cylinder Works 20002-K03 Standard Bore Cylinder Kit, designed as a ready-to-install replacement for compatible OEM applications. This direct bolt-on kit requires no re-plating and is engineered to closely match the appearance and fit of the original cylinder, helping simplify installation while restoring dependable engine performance.
The Cylinder Works 20002-K03 cylinder features a durable Nickel Silicon Carbide (Ni-SiC) plating designed for long service life, wear resistance, and consistent performance. The kit includes a matched Vertex piston to support reliable operation, reduced engine noise, and extended component longevity. Its standard-bore configuration is intended for applications that do not require cylinder machining, making it a practical solution for engine repairs and rebuilds.
Each Cylinder Works cylinder kit includes the essential components for installation: cylinder, piston, piston rings, wrist pin, clips, and gaskets. Components are selected to work together as a complete replacement system, helping reduce the need to source individual parts separately.
