Cylinder Works Standard Bore Cylinder Kit, 96.00 mm, Kawasaki (30011-K01)

The Cylinder Works 30011-K01 Cylinder Kit is a ready-to-install, direct bolt-on replacement designed for compatible Kawasaki applications. Its standard-bore configuration provides an OEM-style fit without requiring re-plating or additional machine work, making installation straightforward for engine rebuilds and repairs. The cylinder is designed to look virtually identical to the original equipment cylinder while supporting reliable performance and consistent operation.
The kit includes a matched Vertex piston engineered to promote long service life, responsive performance, and reduced engine noise. The cylinder features a durable Nickel Silicon Carbide plating process that helps resist wear and supports dependable performance under demanding riding conditions. Because the piston and cylinder are matched as a complete assembly, the components are designed to work together for proper fit and efficient engine operation.
Each Cylinder Works 30011-K01 kit includes the cylinder, piston, piston rings, wrist pin, retaining clips, and required gaskets for a complete installation. The included components help simplify the rebuilding process and eliminate the need to source individual parts separately. This kit is made in the USA and is intended for riders and technicians seeking a practical, OEM-style cylinder replacement for compatible Kawasaki engines.
