Cylinder Works Standard Bore Cylinder Kit for Yamaha 77.00 mm (CW20013K01)

The Cylinder Works CW20013K01 Standard Bore Cylinder Kit is designed as a ready-to-install replacement for compatible Yamaha motorcycles and powersports applications. Its direct bolt-on design eliminates the need for re-plating, helping simplify installation while providing a fit and appearance that closely matches the original equipment cylinder. This kit is engineered for dependable replacement performance and straightforward service work.
The cylinder features a nickel silicon carbide plating designed to support long service life, durability, and consistent operation. The included matched Vertex piston is selected to work with the cylinder for reliable performance, reduced engine noise, and improved longevity. Together, these components provide a practical solution for restoring engine function without requiring a separate piston-cylinder matching process.
The Cylinder Works CW20013K01 cylinder kit is made in the USA and built for riders, technicians, and powersports enthusiasts seeking a quality alternative to replacing or reconditioning an original cylinder.
