D.I.D 520 Standard Drive Chain, 98 Links (M520X98RB)

The DID M520X98RB 520 Standard Drive Chain is a dependable replacement chain for motorcycles, powersports equipment, and other machines originally equipped with non-O-ring drive chains. Built from special alloy steel, this solid roller chain provides a practical balance of durability, smooth operation, and value for a wide range of applications. Its industry-standard chain life index rating of 100 makes it suitable for use across many industries and equipment types.
The chain features quad-staked pin riveting for secure assembly and reliable resistance to pin movement during operation. Each chain is pre-stretched at the factory to help reduce initial elongation and simplify installation and break-in. The included clip-type connecting link supports convenient fitting and maintenance, making this DID chain a practical choice for replacement and service work.
As a 520-size chain with 98 links, the DID M520X98RB is designed for applications requiring the corresponding pitch and roller configuration. Verify your equipment manufacturer’s specifications and sprocket compatibility before installation. Proper alignment, lubrication, and tension adjustment will help promote consistent performance and extend service life. This low-cost, high-quality chain delivers the trusted manufacturing standards associated with DID without the added seals of an O-ring design.
