EBC Clutch Friction Plate Kit (CK1293)

The EBC CK1293 Clutch Kit is designed for riders who need dependable clutch performance across general-purpose street, sport, and touring motorcycles. This kit uses cork-based friction material impregnated with aluminum particles to help improve wear life and heat resistance during everyday riding and demanding operating conditions. The material is engineered to deliver consistent engagement while supporting long-lasting service in a variety of motorcycle applications.
The highly compressed construction helps reduce material swell, which can contribute to clutch drag and inconsistent operation. By maintaining a stable friction surface under heat and pressure, the EBC CK1293 helps promote smooth clutch engagement, predictable shifting, and reliable power transfer. Its practical design makes it well suited for replacement applications where durable friction plates are required without unnecessary modifications.
This EBC clutch kit includes a complete engine set of friction plates only. Steel separator plates, springs, gaskets, and other clutch components are not included unless specified separately. Before installation, consult the motorcycle owner's manual for the correct oil type, service procedures, and clutch adjustment requirements. Using the recommended oil and following proper installation instructions can help prevent clutch burn-up, premature wear, or slippage. Verify application compatibility with your motorcycle before ordering.
