EBC Clutch Friction Plate Kit (CK4522)

Upgrade clutch performance and service life with the EBC CK4522 Clutch Kit. Designed for general-purpose street, sport, and touring motorcycles, this kit uses cork-based friction material impregnated with aluminum particles to improve wear life and heat resistance during regular riding and demanding clutch operation. The highly compressed construction helps resist material swell, supporting consistent clutch engagement and helping reduce the risk of clutch drag.

The EBC CK4522 includes a complete engine set of friction plates only, making it a focused replacement solution for restoring clutch function while retaining compatible clutch components. Its friction material is engineered to provide dependable engagement for a broad range of everyday riding applications, including commuting, touring, and spirited street use. For best results, verify vehicle compatibility before installation and replace or inspect related clutch components as needed.

Always follow the motorcycle manufacturer’s service procedures when installing this EBC clutch kit. Consult the owner’s manual for the correct engine oil type and installation instructions, since incorrect oil or improper installation can contribute to clutch burn-up, slippage, or reduced service life. The EBC CK4522 part number provides a reliable reference when matching this friction plate set to the appropriate motorcycle application.
