EBC Clutch Friction Plate Kit for Husqvarna and KTM Motorcycles (CK5642)

Upgrade clutch performance with the EBC CK5642 Clutch Friction Plate Kit, designed for select Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles. This kit uses cork-based clutch material impregnated with aluminum particles to help increase wear life and improve heat resistance during everyday riding, spirited street use, sport riding, and touring applications.
The highly compressed friction plate construction is designed to minimize material swell, helping reduce clutch drag and promote smooth, consistent engagement. The EBC CK5642 kit is an ideal choice for riders seeking dependable general-purpose clutch performance and a practical replacement for worn or damaged friction plates.
This complete engine-set kit includes friction plates only. No steel separator plates or additional clutch components are included, so verify the motorcycle application and required parts before installation. Follow the motorcycle owner’s manual for approved oil type, installation procedures, clutch adjustment, and break-in guidance. Using the correct oil and installation method helps prevent clutch burn-up, premature wear, and slippage.
