EK 428 Standard Non-Sealed Roller Chain, 118 Links (428-118)

The EK 428 Standard non-sealed roller chain is a dependable replacement and maintenance component for compatible powersports and mechanical drive applications. Designed for practical performance and economical operation, this chain features a standard construction with two-point pin riveting for secure assembly and consistent link integrity. The 118-link configuration makes it suitable for applications requiring a replacement chain with a specific factory-style length.
Manufactured from special steel alloy, the EK 428-118 chain is built to provide reliable strength and wear resistance during regular use. Solid rollers support smooth engagement with compatible sprockets, while pre-stretched components help reduce initial elongation after installation. Shot-peened parts add durability by improving resistance to fatigue under repeated load cycles, making this chain a practical choice for routine service and replacement needs.
This non-sealed EK chain includes a clip-type master link for convenient installation and maintenance. Verify chain size, link count, sprocket compatibility, and application requirements before ordering to ensure proper fit. The EK brand and Part Number 428-118 provide a clear reference when matching this standard roller chain to an existing drivetrain or service specification.
