EK 428 Standard Non-Sealed Roller Chain, 120 Links (428-120)

The EK 428 Standard Non-Sealed Roller Chain is a practical replacement and maintenance component for compatible powersports and mechanical drive applications. Designed for dependable everyday service, this economical chain features a conventional non-sealed construction that supports smooth power transfer when properly installed, lubricated, and maintained. The 120-link configuration helps simplify replacement planning for systems requiring a matching chain length.
The EK 428-120 chain is manufactured with special steel alloy components for a balance of strength and service durability. Solid rollers and pre-stretched parts help promote consistent operation and reduce initial adjustment needs, while shot-peened components provide additional resistance to operating stresses. Standard two-point pin riveting supports secure assembly and reliable performance under normal use conditions.
A clip-type master link is included for convenient installation and service. Confirm chain size, link count, sprocket compatibility, and application requirements before installation. Because this is a non-sealed roller chain, regular cleaning, inspection, and lubrication are important for maximizing service life, particularly in environments exposed to dirt, moisture, or frequent load changes. Use the EK brand and part number 428-120 when identifying this replacement chain for ordering or maintenance records.
