Hinson Racing Clutch Basket Cushion Kit for Yamaha WR250F, YZ250F and YZ250FX (CU641-1901)

Restore smooth clutch operation with the Hinson Racing CU641-1901 Clutch Basket Cushion Kit. Designed as a replacement cushion set for Hinson Billetproof® and Momentum clutch baskets, these cushions help dampen primary gear movement and reduce shock transmitted through the clutch basket. The result is more controlled power delivery and dependable performance during demanding off-road riding.
Built for compatibility with select Yamaha motorcycles and quads, the CU641-1901 kit is suited for WR250F, YZ250F and YZ250FX applications when used with the appropriate Hinson clutch basket. The cushions are engineered to replace worn or compressed components, helping maintain proper clutch basket function and preserve the feel of the original assembly.
Hinson Racing is known for performance-focused clutch components developed for motocross, off-road and competition use. This replacement cushion kit provides a practical way to service a compatible Hinson Billetproof® or Momentum clutch basket without replacing the complete basket assembly. Verify your motorcycle model, clutch basket type and application before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
Use the Hinson Racing CU641-1901 Cushion Kit to help maintain consistent clutch engagement, reduce drivetrain harshness and support reliable operation in demanding riding conditions.
