JT Chains 520 X1R Heavy-Duty Gold X-Ring Drive Chain, 120 Links (JTC520X1RGB120DL)

The JT Chains 520 X1R Heavy-Duty Drive Chain is engineered for dependable off-road performance on motorcycles from 200cc to 450cc. Built with advanced materials and precision production methods, this gold-finished chain delivers an effective balance of strength, durability, low friction, and reduced weight for demanding riding conditions. The JTC520X1RGB120DL is specially designed to compare favorably with leading motorcycle chain brands while providing reliable power transfer and long service life.
The X-ring seal design helps retain lubricant inside the chain joint while limiting the entry of dirt and moisture. Compared with conventional O-ring chains, X-ring seals provide improved sealing performance and produce less friction, helping the chain operate smoothly during acceleration, shifting, and extended off-road use. Its heavy-duty construction is suited to riders who need consistent drivetrain performance across varied terrain and riding conditions.
This JT Chains drive chain includes both rivet and clip-style connecting links, providing installation flexibility for compatible applications. Before installation, verify that the 520 chain size, 120-link length, motorcycle model, and preferred master-link style match your drivetrain requirements. Proper alignment, lubrication, and regular adjustment will help maximize chain performance and service life.
