JT Chains 520 X1R Heavy-Duty Gold X-Ring Drive Chain, 124 Links (JTC520X1RGB124DL)

The JT Chains 520 X1R heavy-duty drive chain is engineered for dependable off-road performance on motorcycles from 200cc to 450cc. Built with advanced materials and precision production techniques, this gold-finished chain delivers a strong, durable, and lightweight solution for demanding riding conditions. Its design is intended to compare favorably with leading motorcycle chain brands while providing consistent performance and long service life.
The low-friction X-ring seal helps retain lubricant more effectively than conventional O-ring designs, reducing friction and improving resistance to contamination. This sealing technology supports smoother power transfer and helps protect the chain’s internal components during off-road use, where dust, mud, and moisture can accelerate wear. The chain’s heavy-duty construction provides the strength needed for trail riding, motocross, and other demanding applications within its intended engine range.
This JT Chains chain includes both rivet and clip-style connecting links, offering installation flexibility based on the motorcycle and service requirements. Before installation, verify compatibility with the motorcycle’s manufacturer specifications, including chain pitch, sprocket configuration, and required link count. With its durable construction, lightweight design, and low-friction X-ring technology, the JT Chains 520 X1R is a practical replacement or upgrade for riders seeking reliable drive-system performance.
