JT Chains 520 Z3 X-Ring Chain Replacement Rivet Master Link (JTC520Z3RL)

The JT Chains JTC520Z3RL is a replacement rivet connecting link designed for 520 Z3 X-Ring sealed drive chains. It provides a reliable way to join chain ends during installation, replacement, or drivetrain service while maintaining compatibility with the JT Chains 520 Z3 chain system.
Use this rivet-style master link for applications that require a permanent, professionally installed connection rather than a clip-style link. The sealed X-Ring chain design helps retain lubrication around the link pins and minimize the entry of dirt and moisture, supporting smooth operation and dependable chain performance when installed correctly.
The JTC520Z3RL replacement master link is intended for proper fitment with compatible JT Chains 520 Z3 X-Ring drive chains. Confirm chain series and manufacturer compatibility before installation, and use the appropriate riveting tool and installation procedure to achieve the correct plate fit and pin flare. Professional installation is recommended to help ensure safe, consistent drivetrain operation.
