Moose Racing Dual-Layer Foam Air Filter for Kawasaki and Suzuki (1-40-04)

The Moose Offroad 1-40-04 air filter is designed to help protect Kawasaki and Suzuki engines from damaging dirt and dust during off-road riding. Its bonded, two-layer foam construction combines a coarse outer layer that traps larger particles with a fine inner layer that captures finer dust, supporting dependable engine protection while maintaining strong airflow. The filter is built for riders who demand durable filtration in demanding trail, motocross, and recreational riding conditions.
The Super Seal neoprene ring helps keep out water and creates a reliable seal without requiring grease, simplifying installation and routine maintenance. Flexible adhesive is applied to all seams to help prevent cracking and preserve the filter’s integrity through repeated use, vibration, and changing riding conditions. The exclusive 0.65-inch foam construction provides a balanced combination of filtration performance, airflow, and durability.
Designed as a replacement air filter for compatible Kawasaki and Suzuki applications, the Moose Offroad 1-40-04 provides a practical solution for maintaining clean intake air and protecting critical engine components. Made in the USA, this foam filter is built with attention to construction quality and long-term off-road performance. Always verify vehicle fitment before installation.
