Moose Racing Rear Sprocket, 52-Tooth Aluminum, Blue for Husaberg, Husqvarna and KTM (1211-897-52-12)

Upgrade your motorcycle’s final-drive performance with the Moose Offroad 1211-897-52-12 rear sprocket. Designed with 52 teeth and a blue aluminum finish, this sprocket is made for select Husaberg, Husqvarna and KTM applications. Its lightweight aluminum construction helps reduce unsprung weight while providing dependable performance for off-road riding, competition and demanding trail use.
The sprocket is manufactured from 7075-T651 aluminum, which receives an additional tempering process to help reduce distortion and improve material stability. This treatment supports consistent sprocket shape and reliable chain engagement during operation. Compared with typically thinner 7075-T6 sprockets, the optimized material thickness is designed to provide a strong balance of weight, durability and tooth performance.
Each Moose Offroad 1211-897-52-12 sprocket is 100% machined for accurate tooth formation and consistent fit. Unlike stamped or ground sprockets, the fully machined design helps maintain precise tooth geometry for smooth chain contact. Optimized tooth thickness promotes maximum contact between the sprocket teeth and chain, supporting efficient power transfer and extended drivetrain performance.
Install the Moose Offroad rear sprocket as a purpose-built replacement or gearing component for compatible Husaberg, Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles. Verify your motorcycle’s year, model, chain size and original equipment specifications before installation to ensure proper compatibility. Professional installation and correct chain alignment are recommended.
