Moose Racing Front Sprocket, 16-Tooth for Honda XR650L (26-1194-16CRMO)

Upgrade your motorcycle’s final drive with the Moose Offroad 26-1194-16CRMO front sprocket, engineered for reliable performance on the Honda XR650L. This 16-tooth sprocket is machined from high-tensile-strength chromoly steel with excellent impact and wear resistance, helping minimize deformation under demanding riding conditions. Its durable construction is suited for two-wheel dirt, adventure, and ATV applications where dependable driveline performance is essential.
The inner splines are broached to provide maximum contact with the countershaft, distributing driveline forces across the largest possible surface area. This design helps support consistent power transfer while reducing concentrated stress on the sprocket and countershaft interface. The sprocket is heat-treated for added strength, then finished with a nickel coating that helps resist corrosion and provides smooth, low-friction operation.
Each Moose Offroad 26-1194-16CRMO sprocket is quality checked with a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to closely match OEM design specifications. Before installation, confirm chain compatibility and inspect the surrounding components for wear. Because this sprocket has more teeth than some original-equipment configurations, verify clearance carefully before ordering or installation.
