Moose Racing Black Vinyl Clutch Cable for Honda (45-2018)

The MOOSE OFFROAD 45-2018 Black Vinyl Clutch Cable is designed for dependable clutch control and long-lasting performance on compatible Honda motorcycles and off-road vehicles. Its flexible black PVC outer jacket withstands demanding riding conditions while helping protect the cable assembly from abrasion, weather exposure, and repeated movement. The design supports smooth, consistent operation for maintenance, repairs, and replacement applications.
The steel inner casing is tightly coiled to provide a low compression ratio, helping preserve responsive clutch engagement with minimal energy loss. A pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve reduces friction between the inner cable and casing, promoting smooth movement and extending service life. These materials work together to deliver reliable operation during frequent clutch actuation and challenging off-road use.
MOOSE OFFROAD builds the 45-2018 cable with durable molded components and reinforced cable-end construction. All wire ends are bird-caged before terminal casting to improve pull-out resistance and maintain secure attachment under load. EPDM molded rubber components provide high resistance to ultraviolet exposure and help support long-term durability, while injection-molded high-strength POM components add strength and dimensional stability. Verify vehicle fitment before installation to ensure compatibility with your Honda application.
