Moose Racing Black Vinyl Clutch Cable for Kawasaki (45-2083)

The Moose Offroad Black Vinyl Clutch Cable, Part 45-2083, is designed for reliable clutch control and long-lasting performance on compatible Kawasaki motorcycles. Its black PVC outer jacket provides flexibility and durability while helping protect the cable assembly from demanding riding conditions. The cable is built to support smooth, consistent operation for street, trail, and off-road applications.
The steel inner casing is tightly coiled to maintain a low compression ratio, helping deliver responsive clutch engagement with reduced cable flex. A pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve allows the inner cable to move smoothly while minimizing friction and wear. This construction promotes dependable operation and extended service life when properly installed and maintained.
Moose Offroad also reinforces the cable assembly with practical durability features. All wire ends are bird-caged before terminal casting to improve pull-out resistance, while EPDM molded rubber components provide strong resistance to ultraviolet exposure and long-term environmental wear. Injected-molded components are made from high-strength POM material for added structural integrity at critical connection points. Choose Part 45-2083 when replacing a worn or damaged clutch cable with a purpose-built Moose Offroad assembly for compatible Kawasaki applications.
