Moose Racing Black Vinyl Clutch Cable for Yamaha (45-2020)

The MOOSE OFFROAD Black Vinyl Clutch Cable, Part Number 45-2020, is designed to provide dependable clutch control for compatible Yamaha applications. Its black PVC outer jacket delivers flexibility and durability for off-road riding, while the tightly coiled steel inner casing helps maintain a low compression ratio for responsive operation. This cable assembly is built for consistent performance in demanding riding conditions.
A pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve reduces friction between the inner cable and casing, promoting smooth clutch engagement and extended service life. The wire ends are bird-caged before terminal casting to improve pull-out resistance and help maintain secure connections under repeated clutch use. These construction details support reliable operation during trail riding, maintenance, and everyday powersports use.
EPDM molded rubber components provide high resistance to ultraviolet exposure and help protect the cable assembly from environmental wear. Injected-molded components are manufactured from high-strength POM material for added durability and dependable fit. As a replacement clutch cable for compatible Yamaha models, the MOOSE OFFROAD 45-2020 combines flexible routing, smooth actuation, and rugged construction in a practical service component.
