Moose Racing Piston Kit, 77.00 mm for Yamaha (MPX1090C)

Upgrade your Yamaha engine with the Moose Offroad MPX1090C Piston Kit, engineered for dependable performance, strength, and reduced friction. This piston kit uses X-style forgings to support ultimate strength while helping reduce weight and maintain durability under demanding riding conditions. The full-radius dome design promotes efficient quench across the piston crown and helps eliminate hot spots that can contribute to detonation, supporting consistent combustion and reliable engine operation.
Internal bracing is designed to maximize piston durability while decreasing friction around the wrist pin assembly. This construction helps the piston withstand demanding loads while supporting smooth, responsive engine performance. The 77.00 mm piston is designed as a replacement solution for compatible Yamaha applications and is manufactured in the USA to Moose Offroad quality standards.
The Moose Offroad MPX1090C piston kit includes the essential components needed for installation, including a wrist pin, piston rings, and circlips.
