Moose Racing Piston Kit - 79.00 mm for Honda (MPX2084)

The Moose Offroad MPX2084 Piston Kit is engineered for Honda applications requiring dependable performance, strength, and reduced reciprocating weight. Its X-style forged construction provides excellent durability while helping minimize friction and support efficient power delivery. Designed for riders and technicians who demand reliable engine components, this piston kit is built to withstand the demands of off-road use.
The full-radius dome design promotes effective quench across the piston crown while helping eliminate hot spots that can contribute to detonation. Internal bracing reinforces the piston assembly for enhanced durability and helps reduce friction around the wrist pin area. These design features work together to support consistent operation and long service life in demanding riding conditions.
This Moose Offroad piston kit includes the wrist pin, piston rings, and circlips for a complete installation solution. The 79.00 mm piston size is designed for compatible Honda engine applications, making it important to verify application fitment before installation. Manufactured in the USA, the MPX2084 combines practical performance-focused engineering with dependable construction for engine rebuilding and replacement needs.
