Moose Racing Piston Kit, 96.00 mm for Honda (MPX2181B)

Upgrade your Honda engine with the Moose Offroad MPX2181B Piston Kit, engineered for dependable performance, durability, and efficient power delivery. This forged piston features a fully boxed-style design that provides exceptional strength while helping minimize friction and overall weight. The full-radius dome design improves quench characteristics and helps eliminate hot spots that can contribute to detonation, supporting reliable operation under demanding riding conditions.
The piston includes internal bracing designed to maximize durability while reducing friction in the wrist pin assembly. A standard skirt coating further reduces friction and helps lower operating temperatures, supporting consistent performance and extended component life. The included wrist pin features a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, a technology recognized for high resistance to abrasive wear and improved reliability in extreme operating environments.
The Moose Offroad MPX2181B kit includes the forged piston, DLC-coated wrist pin, piston rings, and circlips for a complete installation solution. Designed for Honda applications, this piston kit provides the components needed for a performance-focused rebuild while maintaining the fit and function expected from a quality replacement part. Made in the USA, it is a practical choice for riders and technicians seeking durable engine components for demanding off-road use.
