Moose Racing Piston Kit, 57.95 mm for KTM (MSE24101B)

The Moose Offroad MSE24101B Piston Kit is an OE-replacement solution for compatible KTM engines requiring a 57.95 mm piston. Designed to match the original equipment compression ratio, this kit supports dependable engine performance while providing the components needed for a complete piston replacement. The kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips for convenient installation and service.
Gravity-cast aluminum alloy construction with 18% silicon helps improve resistance to wear and reduce thermal distortion, supporting longer piston life under demanding riding conditions. The piston skirt is coated to promote smoother break-in, reduce wear, and assist lubrication during initial operation. These features make the Moose Offroad piston kit a practical choice for engine rebuilding, routine maintenance, or restoring performance in compatible KTM applications.
The wrist pin features a nitride-coated surface that provides a hardened, wear-resistant bearing area for reliable operation. Included piston rings are designed for wear resistance, while replacement rings are also available separately when future service requires them. Verify engine compatibility and application details before installation to ensure the Moose Offroad MSE24101B kit is the correct replacement for your KTM model.
