Moose Racing Piston Kit, 71.94 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (MSE24244B)

The Moose Offroad MSE24244B Piston Kit is designed as a dependable OE replacement for select GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM applications. Manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicon, the piston is engineered to resist wear and reduce thermal distortion for consistent performance and extended piston life. Its OE compression ratio helps maintain the intended engine characteristics while supporting a reliable replacement installation.
The wrist pin features a nitride coating that creates a hardened, wear-resistant bearing surface for improved durability under demanding operating conditions. A coated piston skirt helps ease engine break-in, reduce friction-related wear, and support effective lubrication. These features work together to provide a durable piston assembly for off-road engines that require dependable fit and performance.
This Moose Offroad piston kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips for a complete replacement package. The included rings are designed for wear resistance and reliable sealing, while replacement rings are also sold individually when service requirements call for ring replacement only. Always verify engine application and service specifications before installation to ensure proper compatibility and assembly.
