Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Drive Chain, 114 Links (MPU520POX114L2)

The Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Series Drive Chain is designed for dependable motorcycle drivetrain performance and long service life. Part number MPU520POX114L2 features quad-pin riveting, solid bushings, and solid rollers to provide consistent strength and smooth operation under demanding riding conditions. It is recommended for motorcycles originally equipped with O-ring chains and is suitable for riders seeking a reliable replacement chain from a trusted powersports brand.
The chain uses tough O-ring seals to help retain lubrication and limit the entry of dirt, moisture, and other contaminants into the pin and bushing areas. Shot-peened components enhance fatigue resistance, while the pre-stretched construction helps reduce initial chain adjustment and supports more consistent performance during use. Made in Japan, this Parts Unlimited chain is manufactured with attention to durability and precision.
The 520 O-Ring Series Drive Chain includes both a clip-style master link and a rivet-style master link, providing installation flexibility when matched to the motorcycle manufacturer’s service requirements. Verify chain size, original equipment specifications, and required master-link installation method before installation. Proper lubrication, cleaning, tension adjustment, and alignment are essential for maximizing chain life and maintaining safe drivetrain operation.
