Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Drive Chain, 116 Links (MPU520POX116L2)

The Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Series Drive Chain is designed for dependable motorcycle power transmission and long-term durability. Part number MPU520POX116L2 features a rugged construction engineered to handle the demands of street and performance riding while helping maintain smooth, consistent engagement between the sprockets. It is recommended for motorcycles originally equipped with O-ring chains.
Shot-peened and pre-stretched components help improve strength, stability, and service life by reducing initial elongation during use. Solid bushings and rollers support reliable movement through the drivetrain, while tough O-ring seals help retain lubrication and limit the intrusion of dirt and moisture at the chain joints. Quad-pin riveting adds secure plate retention for added confidence under load.
Made in Japan, this Parts Unlimited motorcycle chain includes both clip-style and rivet-style master links for installation flexibility. The 116-link configuration is suitable for applications requiring this chain length, with final fitment determined by the motorcycle manufacturer’s specifications and sprocket setup. Verify your motorcycle’s chain size, original equipment requirements, and master-link installation procedure before use. Proper lubrication, alignment, and adjustment are recommended for optimal performance and service life.
