Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Drive Chain, 118 Links (MPU520POX118L2)

The Parts Unlimited MPU520POX118L2 520 O-Ring Series Drive Chain is designed for dependable motorcycle drivetrain performance and long service life. Built for motorcycles originally equipped with O-ring chains, this drive chain helps retain lubrication inside the chain while limiting the entry of dirt and debris at the link joints. Its robust construction makes it a practical replacement for street, touring, and other motorcycle applications requiring a 520-size O-ring chain.
The chain features quad-pin riveting, solid bushings, and solid rollers for enhanced strength and consistent operation under load. Shot-peened components improve resistance to fatigue, while pre-stretching helps minimize initial adjustment requirements during installation and use. Manufactured in Japan, the chain reflects careful production standards and durable materials suited to demanding motorcycle service.
The Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Series Drive Chain includes both clip-style and rivet-style master links, providing installation flexibility when matched to the motorcycle and service requirements. Always verify chain size, link count, master-link style, and the motorcycle manufacturer’s specifications before installation. Proper alignment, lubrication, and adjustment are essential for maximizing chain life and maintaining smooth power transfer.
