Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Drive Chain, 92 Links (MPU520POX92L2)

The Parts Unlimited 520 O-Ring Series Drive Chain is designed for motorcycle applications that originally use O-ring chains. Part number MPU520POX92L2 combines durable construction, dependable sealing, and precision manufacturing to support consistent power transfer and long-term service. This chain is made in Japan and is suitable for riders seeking a reliable replacement for street, touring, dual-sport, and other compatible motorcycle applications.
Quad-pin riveting strengthens the chain’s connection points, while solid bushings and rollers help provide smooth operation and resistance to wear. Tough O-ring seals help retain internal lubricant and limit the entry of dirt and moisture, supporting improved chain life in demanding riding conditions. Each chain is shot-peened and pre-stretched to enhance durability and help reduce initial adjustment requirements after installation.
The Parts Unlimited MPU520POX92L2 chain includes both a clip-style master link and a rivet-style master link, giving installers flexibility based on the motorcycle manufacturer’s specifications and service preferences. Verify the required chain size, link count, master-link style, and motorcycle compatibility before installation. Proper cleaning, lubrication, alignment, and tension adjustment are recommended for best performance and service life.
