Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series Drive Chain, 118 Links (MPU520PXX118L2)

The Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series Drive Chain is designed for riders who need dependable performance, extended wear life, and reduced power loss. Part number MPU520PXX118L2 features advanced construction that provides up to 1.5 times the wear life of a comparable O-ring chain and up to 12 times the wear life of a standard chain, helping reduce replacement frequency and maintenance demands.

Built for consistent operation, this 520 drive chain uses quad pin riveting, solid bushings, and solid rollers for enhanced strength and durability. The chain is shot-peened and pre-stretched to help improve fatigue resistance, minimize initial adjustment, and maintain reliable engagement through demanding riding conditions. Lower friction loss also supports efficient power transfer from the engine to the drivetrain.

The Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series chain delivers quality and durability at an affordable price for a wide range of powersports applications. The 118-link configuration is supplied with a clip connecting link for straightforward installation. Made in Japan, this chain is a practical replacement choice for riders seeking long-lasting drivetrain performance and trusted Parts Unlimited construction.
