Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series Drive Chain, 90 Links (MPU520PXX90L2)

The Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series Drive Chain is engineered for dependable motorcycle and powersports performance. Part number MPU520PXX90L2 delivers approximately 1.5 times the wear life of an O-ring chain and up to 12 times the wear life of a standard chain, helping provide extended service between replacements. Its design balances durability, smooth operation, and value for riders who need a reliable drive chain for regular use or demanding riding conditions.
The 520 PX Series chain features quad pin riveting, solid bushings, and solid rollers to support consistent strength and long-term performance. Lower friction loss helps promote efficient power transfer, while shot-peened components improve resistance to fatigue and wear. The chain is also pre-stretched to help minimize initial adjustment requirements and support stable operation after installation.
This Parts Unlimited chain includes a clip-style connecting link for convenient installation and is manufactured in Japan to meet quality and durability expectations. The 90-link configuration is suited for compatible 520 chain drive systems; verify the required chain size, length, and connecting-link style before installation. Designed as an affordable upgrade over standard chain options, the MPU520PXX90L2 provides practical performance for replacement or drivetrain service applications.
