Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series Drive Chain, 92 Links (MPU520PXX92L2)

The Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series Drive Chain is engineered for dependable motorcycle and powersports performance, offering approximately 1.5 times the wear life of an O-ring chain and up to 12 times the wear life of a standard chain. Its low-friction design helps reduce power loss while delivering smooth, consistent operation in demanding riding conditions. The 92-link chain provides a practical replacement solution for compatible 520 chain-drive applications.
Built with quad-pin riveting, solid bushings, and solid rollers, the MPU520PXX92L2 is designed for strength, durability, and long service life. Each chain is shot-peened and pre-stretched to help improve fatigue resistance and minimize initial elongation during use. These construction features support reliable power transfer while helping maintain proper chain adjustment over time.
The Parts Unlimited 520 PX Series combines quality and durability at an affordable price for riders and technicians seeking a robust final-drive component. This 520 chain includes a clip-style connecting link for convenient installation when compatible with the application. Made in Japan, it is a dependable choice for replacing a worn or damaged drive chain on motorcycles and other compatible powersports equipment. Always verify chain size, link count, and manufacturer fitment before installation.
