Polisport Pivot Unbreakable 3-Finger Lever Set for 2016 KTM Orange (8487200039)

The POLISPORT Pivot Unbreakable Lever Set, Part 8487200039, is designed for riders who demand dependable control and lasting performance from their motorcycle controls. Developed with input from professional riders and weekend warriors, this orange lever set delivers the familiar feel and touch of aluminum while using POLISPORT Aero Parts Technology, a proprietary compound engineered to resist breakage. The result is a durable replacement designed for demanding riding conditions and everyday use.
The three-finger lever design provides a controlled, comfortable interface for both clutch and brake operation. A pivot system allows each lever to fold outward during a crash or impact, helping reduce the risk of breakage. The lever adapters are CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum to provide a lightweight, precise mounting solution. The set is designed to mount directly into the stock perch and master cylinder for a straightforward installation on compatible 2016 KTM applications.
The textured surface helps maintain a secure grip in wet, dusty, or rough riding environments, while the silk-printed POLISPORT logo on the back adds a clean finishing detail. With its combination of lightweight aluminum adapters, impact-resistant lever construction, and fold-away pivot design, this POLISPORT lever set is a practical upgrade for riders seeking reliable replacement controls with a factory-compatible fit and performance-focused design.
