ProX Piston Kit, 89.00 mm for Honda CR500R (01.1408.000)

Upgrade your Honda CR500R engine with the PROX 01.1408.000 Piston Kit, engineered for dependable performance and precise fitment. This oversized piston is designed to follow manufacturer-recommended piston-to-cylinder wall clearances, supporting proper installation and consistent engine operation. The 89.00 mm piston size makes this kit a suitable replacement for applicable Honda CR500R applications requiring an oversized piston.
Precision machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment, the PROX piston is manufactured for accuracy, durability, and reliable performance under demanding riding conditions. Its low-expansion, low-friction alloy helps support stable operation while reducing friction between the piston and cylinder, contributing to efficient power delivery and long-lasting engine service.
The PROX 01.1408.000 kit includes the essential components for piston replacement: piston, piston rings, circlips, and wrist pin. Each component is selected to work together as part of a complete installation solution, simplifying engine rebuilding and helping ensure the replacement assembly is properly equipped. Verify cylinder condition, clearance requirements, and application compatibility before installation.
