ProX Piston Kit 3.524 in for Honda CR500R (01.1408.050)

The PROX 01.1408.050 Piston Kit is designed for Honda CR500R applications requiring a precision-machined replacement piston. This oversized piston is manufactured to follow the manufacturer’s recommended piston-to-cylinder-wall clearances, supporting dependable fitment and consistent engine performance. Its precision-machined profile is produced on advanced CNC equipment for reliable dimensional accuracy and smooth operation.
The piston is made from a low-expansion, low-friction alloy engineered to help support durability and efficient performance under demanding riding conditions. The alloy construction helps maintain stable operation as engine temperatures change while reducing friction between the piston and cylinder wall. This makes the PROX piston kit a practical choice for engine rebuilding, maintenance, or performance-focused service work.
Each PROX 01.1408.050 kit includes the components needed for installation: one piston, piston rings, circlips, and wrist pin. The 3.524-inch piston size is suited to compatible Honda CR500R applications, but cylinder condition, clearance specifications, and engine configuration should be verified before installation. Follow the motorcycle manufacturer’s service procedures and recommended clearances for proper assembly and long-term reliability.
