The PROX 01.6105.A Piston Kit is engineered as an OEM replacement for select GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM motorcycles. Manufactured in Japan, this piston kit is designed to deliver dependable fit, consistent performance, and long-lasting durability for engine rebuilds and top-end service. Cast from a high-silicon-content aluminum alloy, the piston meets or exceeds OEM specifications for strength, thermal stability, and wear resistance. The alloy construction supports reliable operation under demanding engine conditions, while CNC machining ensures extremely close tolerances for accurate fitment and smooth piston movement. This attention to manufacturing detail helps support proper sealing, efficient combustion, and consistent engine performance.
Each PROX 01.6105.A kit includes the essential components needed for installation: one piston, a piston ring kit, a wrist pin, and circlips. Replacing these related components together can help simplify top-end maintenance and promote dependable operation after installation. Verify the part number and vehicle application before ordering to ensure compatibility with your specific GasGas, Husqvarna, or KTM model.
