PSR Cam Chain Tensioner for Kawasaki (04-02012-29)

Upgrade your Kawasaki motorcycle with the PSR Cam Chain Tensioner, part number 04-02012-29. CNC-machined from durable billet aluminum and finished in gunmetal, this replacement tensioner is engineered to provide a reliable alternative to the factory automatic or hydraulic tensioner. Its precision construction supports consistent cam chain control for riders seeking improved engine dependability and long-term performance.
The PSR 04-02012-29 tensioner helps eliminate out-of-timing issues associated with automatic tensioner operation while reducing the risk of excess chain tension and premature engine wear commonly linked to hydraulic tensioner problems. By maintaining more controlled cam chain tension, it can also help address cam chain rattling caused by factory tensioner failure.
Designed as a practical replacement for the OEM component, this PSR cam chain tensioner combines strong billet aluminum construction with a clean gunmetal finish. It is a suitable choice for Kawasaki owners who want to replace a worn or unreliable factory tensioner and support smoother, more consistent engine operation. Verify motorcycle fitment before installation to ensure compatibility with your specific Kawasaki model.
