Regina 520 ZRE Z-Ring Drive Chain, 110 Links (135ZRE/1003)

The REGINA 520 ZRE Z-Ring Drive Chain is engineered for high-performance power transmission and dependable operation in demanding applications. Part number 135ZRE/1003 features patented Z44 seal Z-ring sections designed to flex during assembly, creating a spring effect that helps maintain sealing performance over time. This design also supports enhanced chain flexibility for smooth movement around sprockets and reduced operating stress.
The REGINA 520 ZRE uses high-alloy steel plates and pins, along with solid bushings and rollers, to provide strength and consistent performance. Plates, pins, and rollers are shot-peened to improve fatigue resistance and durability under repeated loads. The chain is pre-stretched to help minimize initial elongation and support more stable performance after installation.
This 110-link drive chain is supplied with both clip-type and rivet-type connecting links, offering installation flexibility for different service requirements. With its sealed Z-ring construction, robust materials, and pre-stretched design, the REGINA 135ZRE/1003 is a reliable choice for applications requiring durable, flexible, and low-maintenance chain performance.
