Regina 520 ZRE Z-Ring Drive Chain, 114 Links (135ZRE/1005)

The REGINA 520 ZRE Z-Ring Drive Chain, Part Number 135ZRE/1005, is engineered for high-performance motorcycle and powersports applications that demand dependable power transfer and long-term sealing performance. Its patented Z44 Z-ring seal sections flex during assembly to create a spring effect that helps maintain the seal over time, protecting internal lubrication and reducing the entry of contaminants. The Z-ring design also promotes enhanced chain flexibility for smooth operation across a wide range of riding conditions.
Built with high-alloy steel plates and pins, solid bushings and rollers, and shot-peened plates, pins, and rollers, this REGINA drive chain is designed for strength, durability, and resistance to fatigue. Shot peening helps improve component surface resilience, while the solid construction supports consistent performance under demanding loads. The chain is pre-stretched to help minimize initial adjustment and promote reliable service after installation.
This 520 ZRE chain includes 114 links and is supplied with both clip-type and rivet-type connecting links, giving installers flexibility based on application requirements and preferred installation methods. The combination of advanced Z-ring sealing, precision construction, and included connecting hardware makes the REGINA 135ZRE/1005 a practical replacement choice for riders seeking durable, smooth, and dependable drivetrain performance.
