The outside of the EXP disk features friction pads based on Rekluse’s proprietary friction design used in TorqDrive clutch plates. This design helps align oil-flow characteristics with the clutch pack beneath, supporting improved cooling and consistent clutch operation during demanding riding. The result is more direct power delivery, improved durability and rider-focused functionality across a range of riding conditions.
EXP 4.0 wedges now use rolling contact with built-in pins instead of sliding contact.
