Renthal Rear Sprocket, 49-Tooth Aluminum, Purple for Kawasaki and Suzuki (112U-520-49GEPE)

Upgrade your motorcycle’s final-drive performance with the Renthal 112U-520-49GEPE rear sprocket. CNC-machined rather than stamped, this sprocket features a computer-aided ultra-light design that helps reduce unsprung weight and improve power transfer. Its purple finish adds a distinctive appearance while maintaining the quality and precision expected from Renthal drivetrain components.
The rear sprocket is manufactured from high-strength, specially enhanced 7075-T6 aluminum. This material is 33% lighter than steel, helping reduce overall drivetrain weight without sacrificing the strength needed for demanding street, off-road, and competition riding. The lightweight construction supports more responsive handling and efficient power delivery.
Renthal engineered the tooth profile to help the chain roll smoothly on and off the sprocket. This design promotes longer wear life, reduced operating noise, and improved power transfer throughout the chain and sprocket system. The 49-tooth configuration is designed for compatible Kawasaki and Suzuki applications using a 520 chain size.
Install the Renthal 112U-520-49GEPE rear sprocket as a performance-focused replacement for worn or heavier steel components. Confirm chain size, fitment, and gearing requirements for your specific motorcycle before installation. Proper alignment, chain tension, and regular drivetrain maintenance will help maximize sprocket life and performance.
