Renthal Rear Sprocket, Aluminum, 52-Tooth, Purple (224U-520-52GPPE)

The Renthal 224U-520-52GPPE rear sprocket is CNC-machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum for a precise, lightweight design that supports improved power transfer. Unlike stamped sprockets, its computer-aided construction helps reduce unsprung weight while maintaining the strength required for demanding motorcycle and powersports applications. The purple finish adds a distinctive look while complementing the sprocket’s performance-focused design.
The specially enhanced aluminum construction is approximately 33% lighter than steel, helping reduce rotating mass without sacrificing durability. This reduced weight can contribute to more responsive acceleration, improved handling, and efficient power transfer from the drivetrain. The 52-tooth configuration is designed for applications requiring compatible gearing and reliable chain engagement.
Renthal also incorporates a specialized tooth profile that allows the chain to roll smoothly onto and off the sprocket. This design helps promote longer chain and sprocket wear, reduced operating noise, and consistent drivetrain performance. Built with Renthal’s focus on precision manufacturing and race-proven engineering, the 224U-520-52GPPE is a dependable replacement or performance upgrade for compatible motorcycle applications.
