Renthal Front Sprocket, 13-Tooth for Yamaha and Kawasaki (257--428-13GP)

Upgrade your motorcycle’s drivetrain with the RENThAL 257--428-13GP Front Sprocket, engineered for compatible Yamaha and Kawasaki applications. This 13-tooth sprocket is CNC-machined from case-hardened and core-refined 655M13 nickel chromium steel to provide a strong, durable foundation for demanding riding conditions. The precision-machined construction supports consistent chain engagement and reliable performance.
Machined self-cleaning mud grooves at each tooth help prevent mud buildup, allowing the sprocket to maintain smoother operation in wet, dirty, and off-road environments. By reducing packed debris around the teeth, the design helps support improved wear resistance and promotes longer service life for the sprocket and chain system. The RENThAL 257--428-13GP is designed for riders who need dependable drivetrain performance in challenging conditions.
An ultralight design provides a 10–15% weight savings compared with conventional sprocket designs, helping reduce rotating mass without compromising the strength required for aggressive use. The 13-tooth configuration is intended for compatible Yamaha and Kawasaki motorcycles using a 428 chain. Verify your motorcycle’s year, model, chain size, and original gearing before installation to ensure proper fitment and desired performance.
