RK XRE Drive Chain, 100 Links (520XRE-100)

The RK 520XRE-100 XRE Drive Chain is designed for original equipment replacement on mid-size motorcycles, delivering dependable performance for both on-road and off-road riding. Its lightweight, durable construction supports quick, smooth acceleration while providing the tensile strength needed for reliable power transfer. Developed using technology refined through racing applications, this chain is engineered to meet the demanding needs of active motorcycle use.
The chain features RK’s original double-X-shaped XW-Ring seal, which helps extend service life by retaining lubricant more effectively than conventional O-ring designs. Each XW-Ring creates three lubricant pools, helping reduce friction and wear at the pin and bushing surfaces. Specially formulated, vacuum-injected U-grease is locked inside the chain by tough nitrile butadiene rubber XW-Rings, supporting consistent lubrication and long-lasting operation.
Polished and shot-peened link plates contribute to smooth movement, durability, and high tensile strength. The RK 520XRE-100 includes a rivet connecting link for secure installation when properly fitted and assembled according to the motorcycle manufacturer’s specifications. This 100-link drive chain is a practical choice for riders and technicians seeking reliable replacement performance from a trusted motorcycle chain manufacturer.
