RK XRE Drive Chain, 110 Links (520XRE-110)

The RK 520XRE-110 XRE Drive Chain is designed for original-equipment replacement on mid-size motorcycles. Built for dependable on-road and off-road performance, this lightweight chain supports quick, smooth acceleration while delivering the strength and durability needed for demanding riding conditions. Its high-tensile construction helps provide reliable power transfer and consistent operation.
The chain features RK’s original double-X-shaped XW-Ring seal, engineered to retain lubrication more effectively than conventional O-ring designs. Three internal lubricant pools help reduce friction and extend chain wear life, while specially formulated vacuum-injected U-grease is secured by durable Nitrile Butadiene rubber XW-Rings. This sealing system helps protect internal components from contaminants and supports long-term performance between maintenance intervals.
Polished and shot-peened link plates improve durability and contribute to the chain’s smooth operation. Developed using technology influenced by on-road and off-road racing, the RK 520XRE-110 combines efficient performance with practical everyday reliability. The chain includes a rivet connecting link for secure installation when properly fitted and serviced according to the motorcycle manufacturer’s specifications.
