RK XRE Drive Chain, 112 Links (520XRE-112)

The RK 520XRE-112 XRE Drive Chain is designed for original equipment replacement on mid-size motorcycles. Built for dependable on-road and off-road performance, this lightweight chain supports quick, smooth acceleration while delivering the durability needed for demanding riding conditions. Its high-tensile-strength construction promotes reliable power transfer and long-term service life.
The chain features RK’s original double-X-shaped XW-Ring seal, engineered to help retain lubrication and reduce contamination for extended chain wear life. Compared with conventional O-ring designs, the XW-Ring provides three lubricant pools, helping maintain smooth operation and consistent performance over time. Each seal is lubricated with specially formulated vacuum-injected U-grease and secured by tough nitrile butadiene rubber for improved resistance to wear and environmental exposure.
Polished and shot-peened link plates enhance strength and finish while supporting the chain’s ability to withstand repeated load cycles. The RK 520XRE-112 includes a rivet connecting link for secure installation and is supplied in a 112-link configuration suitable for many mid-size motorcycle applications. Always confirm the required chain size, link count, and fitment for your motorcycle before installation.
