RK XRE Drive Chain, 114 Links (520XRE-114)

The RK 520XRE-114 XRE Drive Chain is designed for OE replacement on mid-size motorcycles, delivering dependable performance for both on-road and off-road riding. Built with RK’s advanced chain technology, this lightweight and durable motorcycle chain supports quick, smooth acceleration while providing the tensile strength needed for reliable power transfer. The 114-link configuration includes a rivet connecting link for secure installation.
The chain uses RK’s original double-X-shaped XW-Ring seal to help extend service life and maintain smooth operation. Compared with conventional O-ring designs, the XW-Ring provides three lubricant pools that help retain lubrication and reduce the entry of contaminants. Each seal is lubricated with specially formulated, vacuum-injected U-grease and secured by tough Nitrile Butadiene rubber for lasting protection in demanding riding conditions.
Polished and shot-peened link plates improve durability and help the RK 520XRE-114 withstand the repeated loads associated with motorcycle use. Developed using technology influenced by on-road and off-road racing, this drive chain is a practical replacement choice for riders and technicians seeking consistent performance, long wear life, and dependable fitment. Always verify the motorcycle manufacturer’s application requirements before installation.
