RK 530XRE Drive Chain, 116 Links (530XRE-116)

The RK 530XRE drive chain is designed for original equipment replacement on mid-size motorcycles, delivering smooth acceleration and dependable performance for street and off-road riding. Built with advanced chain technology developed through on-road and off-road racing, this chain combines lightweight construction with the tensile strength needed for demanding motorcycle applications. The 530XRE-116 includes a rivet connecting link for secure installation and reliable service.
The chain features RK’s original double-X-shaped XW-Ring seal, engineered to provide extended wear life compared with conventional O-ring designs. Its specialized profile creates three lubricant pools, helping retain more lubrication around the bushing and pin surfaces for reduced friction and improved durability. Vacuum-injected U-grease is locked inside the seal system by tough nitrile butadiene rubber XW-Rings, supporting consistent operation through varied riding conditions.
Polished and shot-peened link plates help improve strength and finish while supporting smooth chain movement. The high-tensile construction is designed to deliver reliable power transfer, quick response, and long-lasting performance when properly installed, lubricated, and maintained. Choose the RK 530XRE-116 when replacing a worn 530-series motorcycle chain and seeking a durable, performance-focused solution from RK.
