RK 520 XRE Gold Drive Chain, 110 Links (GB520XRE-110)

The RK GB520XRE-110 520 XRE Gold Drive Chain is designed as a dependable OE replacement for mid-size motorcycles. Built for riders who demand smooth power delivery and consistent performance, this lightweight chain supports quick acceleration while providing the durability needed for on-road and off-road riding. The gold finish adds a clean, distinctive appearance while the chain’s engineered construction is focused on reliable service life.
RK’s original double-X-shaped XW-Ring seal helps extend chain wear life by retaining lubricant more effectively than conventional O-ring designs. Each XW-Ring creates three lubricant pools, helping maintain lubrication at the critical pin and bushing contact points. The chain is lubricated with specially formulated vacuum-injected U-grease, which is secured by tough nitrile butadiene rubber XW-Rings for improved sealing and protection against contaminants.
Polished and shot-peened link plates contribute to the GB520XRE-110’s high tensile strength and dependable performance under demanding riding conditions. Advanced manufacturing technology developed through on-road and off-road racing helps deliver a smooth, durable drive system suitable for motorcycle replacement applications. This RK 520 XRE chain includes a rivet connecting link for secure installation when properly fitted and serviced according to the motorcycle manufacturer’s requirements.
